The team
The team(owners) of INXSASIA, consist of people who are brimming with energy and have a vast talent pool. As said earlier they have been through the most rigorous and possibly the toughest selection process and hence it is some of the finest ‘intelligensia’ that we have on board. INXS Asia is a boutique organisation and each of us form exiquisite part of the company. On the development front we have govi, Hemant, Hiran, Kiran Soumya, Kumaresan, Prashanth, Raghavan, Sriram, Udayshri, Unni, Uttam, Vijay. " border="0" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 5px 5px 0px" />
The Account section comprising of Ramesh and Vijay have a very busy time trying to organise and keeping books in order.
The Business team of Gopinath, Vinod Muthukrishnan, Deepak go in tandem with the development people (unlike other industries:-)) and have a very huge target (of course, set by themselves) to meet, as the product launch nears.
Talking of our selection process, one example of how ‘INXS’ feels about attitude and not background or ‘experience’ is that of Vinod Muthukrishnan, he was a sailor before he joined INXS! We found out his desire to have a ‘land’ job and he fitted the bill of ‘Business Strategist’…guess the captain found his land!
I definetly need to mention about our support system in the form of ‘velu’ who along with the help of Vijay has seen to it that we dont forget food in the excitement of things and sees to it that INXS is still habitable with weeks of sleeping and eating in the office!
Everyone’s hands are full now, with work, this does not and should not stop them to unwind and relax so that they could come back with the same vigour and vitality to forge ahead.
Working along with them are Nagendra and myself (Venkat), giving them everybit of guidance and encouragement they need (By the way it often happens that they end up giving me the same most of the time).
